Updates: User Marketplace, Black Friday & New Deploy
Dear SimFlyers,
this week we have some truly important updates to share, and we’re excited about the results we’re achieving together.
The launch of the User Marketplace, currently dedicated to PAX Tokens and User Pilot Licenses, has exceeded all expectations. Even though it has been online for only a short time, many of you are already making your first sales and generating real earnings.
We invite you to make a difference: talk about SimFly, share your experience, and show that SimFly is a real and solid project. This is the best way to grow a strong and credible community.
Tuesday, November 25: important deployment
Another good piece of news: after the latest updates and deployments, the system finally appears to be functioning as it should. We have also resolved the oldest bugs, and on November 25, from 08:00 to 14:00 Zulu, we will perform a structural deploy that will permanently eliminate the issue with flights showing N/A values and requiring manual reprocessing.
This update will fix the bug once and for all and will also introduce additional system optimizations.
New User Marketplace rule
With this deploy, we are also introducing an important new rule:
when you purchase an asset from another user in the User Marketplace (pilot licenses, aircraft, and airports — coming soon), the asset cannot be listed for sale again until 10 days have passed (a period that may be updated after further analysis and depending on user behavior). A dedicated interface will clearly display all these details and guidelines.
This measure helps prevent “favor exchanges” intended to reset license timers, ground operations, and airport rotations, especially through PAX Token transactions, which have no fees compared to USD sales.
Upcoming releases
We are finalizing the last interface adjustments for the release of aircraft trading on the User Marketplace: we are very close, and during the first week of December we will announce the release date. Airports will follow right after.
Once these rollouts are completed, we will move on to the final testing of the Touch & Win mission, one of the most anticipated features in the community.
After completing the User Marketplace, we will enhance asset detail pages with direct sale management, advanced statistics, and new operational features, making the control panel much more complete and professional.
New aircraft available
The Pilatus PC-12 is now available, with a 50% discount for a limited time.
SimFly Black Friday
The SimFly Black Friday promotion is now active:
50% Off — Airplanes Category 5–6–7
and Airports Category 3–4–5–6–7
Until November 30, 2025, while supplies last.
A rare opportunity: as you may have noticed, after the release of the User Marketplace there have been no more asset discounts. Of course, you can purchase discounted assets using your PAX Tokens; and if you don’t have any, remember that users are currently selling PAX Tokens at lower prices in the User Marketplace, allowing you to benefit from an effective discount greater than 50%.
We invite you to watch the full video where we explain all these updates in detail. At the end of the video, we’ll also answer the most upvoted questions from the AMA section.
