Major Updates and New Ariplane Available

Hello SimFly Pilots,

This week brings a series of important updates across the skies of SimFly.io. From operational changes and license adjustments to the release of a new aircraft for your fleet, there’s a lot to cover. As always, Roberto walks you through every detail in the weekly video—don’t miss it.

1. New rule for short flights
The new rule announced in last week’s video is now active: from now on, flights lasting less than 20 minutes will no longer generate XP or PAX Tokenswill not trigger Ground Operation, and will not affect airport rotations. This change is designed to make the in-game economy more consistent and balanced.
Your feedback will be essential to evaluate any adjustments to the defined time threshold. Roberto explains the reasoning behind this decision and what it means for your strategies.

2. Change to Standard License purchases
From today, any Standard License purchased after the first one can only be bought in USD. The initial purchase remains unchanged, but we recommend keeping this new rule in mind when planning your resources. Roberto also covers this in the video.

3. New Aircraft Available: Fokker F28
This twin-engine, short-range regional jet was developed in the Netherlands and introduced in 1967. With a capacity of up to 85 passengers and the ability to operate on short runways, the Fokker F28 is a great addition to any fleet. It’s available now at 50% off for a limited time.

Work in Progress
We’re continuing to work hard on the Users Marketplace and the upcoming Challenge Mission, two exciting features currently under development.

Our community keeps growing and development never stops. We’re happy to share every new milestone with you.

Watch Roberto’s new weekly video for a detailed overview of all these updates and valuable tips to make the most of them.
At the end of the video, he’ll also answer the most upvoted questions from the AMA section—so don’t forget to cast your vote.

See you in the skies,
