The SimFly Weekly Giveaway Process
- Collection of Brilliance: We gather the most insightful comments from SimFly’s social media posts, each tagged with the respective user’s name.
- Documentation: These comments are compiled into a text file.
- Integrity Check: In a new ChatGPT4 session, we upload this file and generate its SHA256 hash, ensuring the content’s integrity.
- Insightful Analysis: ChatGPT4 reviews the comments, selecting the most insightful one based on depth, relevance, and constructive impact on SimFly.
- Transparent Selection: The chosen comment is identified by its number, accompanied by a rationale for its selection.
- Public Verification: We share the ChatGPT4 session link for full transparency.
- Access to Evidence: The text file and its SHA256 hash are made available on Google Drive for anyone to verify.
- Celebrating the Winner: The winner’s name, along with the links to the ChatGPT4 session and the Google Drive file, is shared with our community.
- Reward of Appreciation: The winner receives a discount coupon for an asset on the SimFly marketplace.
How to calculate the SHA256 hash of a file
so you can see the file you downloaded is exactly the one ChatGPT has analyzed
In Windows with PowerShell:
- Open Powershell Click Start, type PowerShell, and then click Windows PowerShell or From the Start menu, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, click the Windows PowerShell folder, and then click Windows PowerShell
- In PowerShell type this command: Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 C:\path\to\file.txt (replac “C:\path\to\file.txt” with the path to the file you have downloaded).
- Check that the result obtained is the same of the one you can read in the conversation with ChatGPT (accessible via the provided link)
In Linux and macOS with Terminal:
- Open Terminal Click the Launchpad icon in the Dock, type Terminal in the search field, then click Terminal
or In the Finder , open the /Applications/Utilities folder, then double-click Terminal - In Terminal type this command:shasum -a 256 /path/to/file.txt (replace “/path/to/file.txt” with the path to the file you have downloaded
- Check that the result obtained is the same of the one you can read in the conversation with ChatGPT (accessible via the provided link)
